The system of DP-01 vacuum pump fitted with FB-01T filter bottle is known as DL-01 solvent filter, which is designed for fast solvent filtration and degassing, and is applicable to mobile phase filtration and degassing in liquid chromatography analysis. It is useful to extend the lifetime of the instruments and columns, as well as to improve the detection accuracy. Moreover, it is widely used in weight analysis, microanalysis, gel separation and sterility testing. Different solvent media could be filtered by choosing filter membrane with different characteristics.
Structure characteristics:
Solvent filter is composed by filter bottle and vacuum pump.
The filter bottle is composed of triangle liquid collecting bottle, sand core filter head, filter cup, and fixing clips.
1.Filter bottle is made by high-quality and high-strength special hard glass material, could tolerant extreme temperature difference of 270 degrees, and have good pressure-resistance.
2.The filter bottles are produced by batch production with nice appearance, uniform thickness, and of the international standard sizes, matching with various imported equipments. Oil-free vacuum pump is small yet practical, easy to operate with high efficiency and low noise.
